アニゲン®PRRSエライザ4.0はエライザ法による豚群の血清中の豚繁殖・呼吸障害症候群(PRRS)ウイルスに対する抗体の検出を目的とした動物用体外診断用医薬品である。日本の野外分離株を用いて実験感染動物での抗体応答に関する試験、既存の測定方法との比較試験を行い、本品がIFA法と同等の抗体検出能力を有すること、さらにIFA法を標準法とした場合、本品は対照診断薬より優れた感度と特異度を有することが確認されました。
